Delete Your Account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including practice progress, test scores, and study guide progress. This action cannot be undone.

On the Website

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Scroll down and click “Delete Account”
  4. Type “delete” to confirm
  5. Click “Delete My Account”

On the iOS App

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Type “delete” to confirm
  5. Tap “Delete My Account”

On the Android App

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Type “delete” to confirm
  5. Tap “Delete My Account”

About Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

Cancel Subscription on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Find “Citizenship Test” and tap it
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

Cancel Subscription via Google Play Store App

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon, then “Payments & subscriptions”
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Find “Citizenship Test” and tap it
  5. Tap “Cancel subscription”

Cancel Subscription via Google Play Website

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. Find “Citizenship Test”
  3. Click “Manage” then “Cancel subscription”

If you subscribed through the website, you can manage your subscription from your profile page under “Manage Subscription”.
